DELIVERY

DELIVERY TO UK ONLY. NOT NORTHERN IRELAND.


Most parcels sent using either 1st class post (Royal mail) or next day delivery (Carrier). Please note that in the case of a carrier we have to book a collection from our premises. Carrier collections from us are generally the next working day after us booking for your parcel to be picked up after processing.


PLEASE NOTE some parcels have to be sent out by carrier due to size, weight or product content.


Royal Mail ............. In stock items that are to be posted out by Royal Mail are posted the same or next working day following customer order day ( customer usually receiving order next or following working day )


Carrier .........In stock items that are to be posted out by Carrier are collected from us  1 to 2 working days following customer order day ( customer usually receiving order within 3 to 4 working days).


Processed orders which are going by Royal mail are normally despatched by 3pm each weekday. Any orders received after this time will normally be processed the next working day.


Parcels only despatched and collected on weekdays. 


CUT TO ORDER items can increase delivery days by 1 extra working day.


MANUFACTURED TO ORDER items can increase delivery days by up to 7 extra working days


Customers will be notified if a delay in despatch of more than 10 working days is anticipated.


WORKING DAYS are classed as Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)


WHEN ORDERING PLEASE ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME TO MEET YOUR NEEDS



METHOD OF PAYMENT

Strictly payment with order. Credit , debit cards or by paypal, are all welcome.  Payment can only be accepted in £ Sterling. Our prices include VAT. We are not VAT registered so you won't be able to claim any tax back.



We will accept returns for refund or exchange of faulty, damaged or wrongly sized items sent in error if they are unused and unmarked, (please check carefully against your original order and its product page in our catalogue for exact fitting/sizing first though.). If a part is faulty, damaged or wrongly sized please contact us, a replacement will normally be sent out after the return and inspection of a faulty or wrong sized part.  Any buyers possible  return postage in this instance will be credited back to customer.


If a wrong product or size has been ordered by the buyer in error and you wish to return it for a exchange (unused and unmarked). The buyer agrees to pay both the return postage and re-delivery costs.

We do not accept back CUT TO ORDER or MANUFACTURED TO ORDER items unless they are faulty, damaged in transit or wrong specifications.


All other instances of return (unused and unmarked) for credit the buyer pays return postage.


In all cases of return contact us by email or phone first for authorization otherwise we will not be able to credit or exchange item(s)



Any item(s) supplied that have been cut to size, manufactured to order or  modified by us at the specific request of the buyer will not be eligible for return and credit, unless faulty or damaged.



FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

Goods are examined before despatch. Nevertheless a full refund of the purchase price of the faulty or damaged item(s) plus return postage will be given on any goods returned to us as faulty or damaged, providing that this is within 14 days from the date of dispatch from our premises. You must notify us within 5 working days from your receipt of the part(s), either by phone or e-mail, we then will give you a return number which must be quoted if you are returning the part(s). Always contact us first (sending a picture if possible). 



WORKING DAYS

Working days are classed as weekdays Monday through to Fridays excluding bank holidays


BUSINESS HOURS
Opening hours are Mon- Fri 10am-5pm. Saturday 10am-1pm. Parcels only sent out on weekdays. Orders coming into us after 3pm will be processed the next working day.


 

NO CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES WILL BE ENTERTAINED UNLESS NOTIFIED  WITHIN 8 WORKING DAYS OF DESPATCH.
